What areas of Berkshire do you cover?
We cover Reading and the surrounding villages — including Goring, Bracknell, Wokingham, Crowthorne, Sonning, Pangbourne, Calcot, Shinfield, Woodley, Winnersh and Henley-on-Thames. If your village isn't listed, message us on WhatsApp — we may still be able to help.
How do I get a quote?

Are you insured and DBS-checked?
Yes. AV Cleaning Solution is fully insured for public liability, and every member of our team is DBS-checked before they ever step foot in a client's home.
What products do you use?
We use eco-friendly, family- and pet-safe cleaning products as our default. If you have specific products you'd prefer us to use (or avoid) due to allergies, surfaces or scents, just let us know — we're happy to adapt.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our regular clients leave a key or trusted entry method with us. We're DBS-checked, insured and used to working in homes where privacy and trust matter.
How much do you charge?
Pricing is bespoke — based on the size of your space, the type of clean, and how often we visit. Regular weekly cleans are typically more cost-effective than one-offs. Message us on WhatsApp for a tailored quote.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with our own products and tools. If you'd prefer we use yours instead, that's fine too — just mention it when you book.
What's included in an end of tenancy clean?
Our end of tenancy clean is built to satisfy the strictest inventory checks: inside ovens, fridges and cupboards, limescale removal, skirting boards, doors and frames, interior windows, and a thorough top-to-bottom clean. We've worked with local letting agents for years.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For one-off and deep cleans we typically have availability within the same week. End of tenancy and post-construction cleans tend to book up faster, so a few days' notice helps. Regular weekly slots are limited but worth asking about.
Can you clean offices outside business hours?
Absolutely. Most of our commercial clients prefer evening or early-morning cleans so their team arrives to a fresh, ordered space. We'll work around your schedule.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
We'd want to know straight away. If anything's missed or not to standard, message us within 24 hours and we'll come back and put it right — no quibbles. We're proud of our work and proud of the trust our clients place in us.
Do you offer holiday-let or Airbnb cleaning?
Yes. We work with several serviced lets and second-home owners across Sonning, Henley and Goring. Quick turnarounds, linen change, and key-holding can all be arranged.
